Achievement is one thing and success is something else entirely. This is the message of Northeastern University’s scientist Albert-Laszlo Barabasi, whose research shows that the top performers are not always recognised as the best in their fields so what is the success and what does it take to succeed? This is a particularly challenging time and everyone wants to be a successful person in their life, and every generation thinks that their time is particularly challenging and testing time, the more you know about your car, the better you can drive it. Is that so? If yes then this goes for you. The better you know yourself, the better you can deal with every situation you face. Just knowing the surface of it, you are not going to do a great job. You must know how this will function at its optimum level.
Success is hard, Not complicated, success is also not a goal or destination, it’s a mindset you take on to achieve your goals. And like all other mindsets, you don’t just drop it once you achieve your goals. Instead, you adopt it so you can carry it with you forever. It starts with getting focused. Now set a goal, for this you need discipline and this might be the essential ingredient of being successful. The acts of setting yourself goals and making plans to achieve them are fruitless if you lack the discipline to actually be able to execute the plan. Extremely successful individuals such as Bruce Lee or Steve Jobs have undoubtedly spent countless hours of relentless toil in order to achieve what they did. However, each step of the method is as important as the other. Successful people never break the chain. Having said that, success is also a relative concept, the type, and extent of your ambition matters. Ambition and individual needs in order to become truly successful individuals.
